WORK PERMITS

For any student under the age of 18 years in need of a work permit, you need to bring the following items to the School Counselor:

1. proof of age
2. social security number
3. letter from employer (with company name, address, and phone number)
4. parent signature
5. $10

The items must be dropped off to Ms. Reuchlen in the morning, and the permits will be available for signing and distribution after the school-day ends.
